Sarah states that she love expressing herself creatively, it helps her to pause and think through issues she faces.  She uses art to connect with herself and life around her. Through the mediums of hand embroidery, printmaking and applique she applies bold colour and shape to explore life issues.  Over the last few years, Sarah has been exploring the technique of Swedish Weaving hand embroidery; pushing its boundaries and uses.
